BAE Systems Information Technology is one of the 10 largest IT providers to the U.S. government, with over 4,600 employees in 41 states. As a full-service solutions provider, BAE Systems IT and its programs enable the mission and span the lifecycle by providing capabilities that support: (1) Information Sharing, (2) Mission-Specific Applications, Operations, and Support, (3) Enterprise Operations, (4) Enterprise Integration Solutions, and (5) Analytic Services and Solutions. Our staff is technically qualified; 75 percent are systems analysts, engineers, programmers, or intelligence analysts. Technical certification in pertinent IT disciplines, including Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Novell, Sun Microsystems, HP OpenView, Tivoli or Dell, is held by over 50 percent of the staff. The majority of our staff hold high-level clearances. Corporate programs promote stability, as evidenced by our overall staff retention rate of 86 percent.

Our U.S. government customer base is broad, including most of the federal defense and civilian marketplace.
